Q: How do I implement the WebAR solution pack that I receive?
You'll receive a user guide of how to interact with the WebAR campaign, together with a QR code (and link) and Marker. You can insert the QR code and Marker to any of your business printed media such as Name Card, in-store poster, online post/poster publish to your website / social media, thank you card slip on with product, product catalogue, online advertising post, embed them to your website, product packaging packet e.g. paper bag, wrapping paper, paper cup, cup holder, product labels and many more!
Q: What is the validity period of the AR solution that I purchased?
All the AR campaigns that we set up for your business will have a 3-months warranty period. If there is any technical issue with your AR campaign, please send a support ticket to support@torchminds.com.
